The Details
The Backstage 200 is held annually from the start of Memorial Day through the end of Labor Day. The goal is to get up, get moving, and improve your health!
You aren't limited to walking or running. You can do other activities like swimming or biking, even dieting. Here's the conversion chart:

*There are no penalties for pounds gained during this competition. Weight loss is totaled by you at the end of the Backstage 200.
